Support for our Clients’ Missions

With 97% of our Clients being not-for-profit organizations, Concord actively contributes to their fundraising events and programs. We view this collective, sizeable, annual outlay as an important component in partnering with our Clients. Concord’s annual contributions have supported hundreds of causes.

Our Employees

Concord associates are empowered by a results oriented work environment. Employees have the freedom to manage their work responsibilities around their family/home life commitments. This work environment accommodates associate driven community involvement. Concord’s total compensation includes 100% paid healthcare premiums for associates. The Concord contribution to employees’ retirement savings plans requires no employee matching requirement. Associates share in the financial success of Concord through a profit sharing contribution to their retirement savings plan.

Community Support

For over a decade, Concord has committed to an annual charitable support program for entities and activities that are vetted and supported by our associates. Annual donations are made to Accion, Doctors without Borders, Make-a- Wish America, and the Nature Conservancy. These four entities serve various efforts and areas of need that are important to our clients and our associates, as well as reflecting the core values of our company.
